<dc:title>Copy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to Richard Tetley Galzebrook, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Three papers have today come in, all communicated by Joseph John Thomson. One of them by [John Alexander] McClelland is for the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]', if not too long. Rucker does not think it will be more than 12 pages and has therefore ordered it for the 'Proceedings'. The other two are for the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' and he now sends these for Glazebrook [not attached]. In both cases he has ordered abstracts for the 'Proccedings'.

For [Gilbert Thomas] Walker's paper Harrison suggests [Lord] Rayleigh and [Horace] Lamb as refereee's. They perhaps ought not ask Rayleigh to take another paper so soon but as he feels an interest in flight, he could be a very good referee.

For [Charles Thomson Rees] Wilson's paper, Rucker supposes Aitken might be a referee. [William de Wiveleslie] Abney has also taken some interest in the question of condensation or perhaps [George Francis] Fitzgerald could take the paper. </dc:description>
