Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Alfred Bray Kempe, Fellow of the Royal Society The Council on Thursday made some modifications in the draft regulations for the Scientific Relief Fund, which Dr [Michael] Foster would like Kempe to see before they are finally incorporated in the Minutes. Encloses a proof of the amended draft together with a corrected copy of the original [not attached], so that Harrison can see at a glance what the alterations are. The alterations are mostly verbal. Asks for the draft back as soon as possible. Encloses an application which came in this morning for a grant from the Fund [not attached], and should be glad to know whether Kempe thinks it necessary to summon a meeting to consider it. 24 March 1897
