<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Alfred Bray Kempe, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>The Council on Thursday made some modifications in the draft regulations for the Scientific Relief Fund, which Dr [Michael] Foster would like Kempe to see before they are finally incorporated in the Minutes. Encloses a proof of the amended draft together with a corrected copy of the original [not attached], so that Harrison can see at a glance what the alterations are. The alterations are mostly verbal. Asks for the draft back as soon as possible.

Encloses an application which came in this morning for a grant from the Fund [not attached], and should be glad to know whether Kempe thinks it necessary to summon a meeting to consider it. </dc:description>
