<dc:title>Copy letter from Michael Foster, to Professor Sydney Howard Vines, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>The President and Council have decided not to publish Professor [Harry] Marshall Ward's paper as it stands, but suggest, subject to the water Research Committee's approval, that he should be asked to prepare a summery for publication. Marshall Ward's figures and a copy of the manuscript of his full paper have been sent to Ward in order that he may, if he sees fit, prepare parts of it for publication. </dc:description>
