<dc:title>Copy letter from Theodore E James, to William Turner Thiselton-Dyer, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Mr [Walter] Gardiner has sent in a paper on the histology of plant tissue. Dr [Michael] Foster left instructions that it was to be proceeded with if not exceeding 12 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' pages and if there were no difficulties over the illustrations. Gardiner says the latter, which are yet to come, are simple diagrams. The paper will slightly exceed 12 pages. </dc:description>
