<dc:title>Copy letter from Theodore E James, to the Manager, Brinn's Oxygen Company</dc:title>
<dc:description>Referring to James' letter of the 30th July and to the Society's deduction of one shilling and nine rent on a cylinder, James is now instructed to pay this amount. They Society was not aware the cylinder was at their premises so long. It was ordered in the Society's name by a Soirée exhibitor who apparently omitted to say it was only wanted for one day. </dc:description>
