Robart's asserts they have no dividend warrants in their hands and though they frequently make mistakes Harrison does not see how he can question their statement. Cannot trace the missing warrants anywhere. Asks if Keen is sure they were not handed over to him last year. Some of them belong to a period before Harrison came into office and might have been sent to Keen by Mr Rix before he resigned. 9 October 1897
