<dc:title>Copy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to William Turner Thiselton-Dyer</dc:title>
<dc:description>A '[Philosophical] Transactions [of the Royal Society]' paper has come in from [Dukinfield Henry] Scott on Spencerites. Presumes Dyer knows about it and asks Dyer to join with him in accepting it for consideration and ordering the abstract for publication in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'. Asks for referee suggestions. Is putting Scott's paper down for the first meeting on 10th November as [Horrace Taberrer] Brown and Escombe will be on that day and the same people will probably want to hear both. </dc:description>
