Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Walter Gardiner, Fellow of the Royal Society Gardiner's paper on 'the Histology of the Cell Wall' has been announced for reading at the ordinary meeting of the Society on the 18th. As the paper has already been published it would ordinarily be read in title only but the Chairman of the Sectional Committee for Botany wishes special attention to be dawn to it and therefore Harrison invites Gardiner to be present and give a short statement on the subject of the paper. 5 November 1897
