Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Herbert Hall Turner, Fellow of the Royal Society, New College, Oxford Turner's request for a grant of the Royal Society's publications to the University Observatory was considered this week by the Library Committee, which meets only at rather long intervals. The Committee regrets it cannot accede to the request. One set of the publications is already sent to the Radcliffe Observatory. Turner as a Fellow will now receive the publications as they appear and can view past volumes at the library of the Society. 13 November 1897
