Copy letters sent from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor John Perry, Fellow of the Royal Society Lord Kelvin [William Thomson] is anxious to have the certificate of Major Cardew of the Board of Trade re-suspended, but it is necessary before this that he should have a written request from one of the Fellows who originally signed it, Lord Kelvin is not one of these but Perry is.
