<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr Henry Edward Armstrong, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>In going through the draft minutes of the International Catalogue Committee with the Secretaries, they desired Harrison to let Armstrong know that they consider that the last words of Harrison's minute upon the appointment of the Coordinating Sub-Committee, should be retained as otherwise the minute would confer executive powers on the Sub-Committee, which the Secretaries do not think was the intention. Has accordingly restored those works in the draft sent to the printers for proof. </dc:description>
