Explains why is would be contrary to statutes to allow Mr Erskine Murray to withdraw his paper in the way he wishes to. Murray can send in a formal request to have a copy of the paper made. Also encloses at Kelvin's request, a note about van Rijckevorsel [not enclosed]. Sends thanks for the 'Age of the Earth' which he shall read carefully.</dc:description>
