<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr T G Brodie, [Fellow of the Royal Society], The Medical School, St Thomas's Hospital, Lambeth Palace Road, S.E.</dc:title>
<dc:description>Harrison writes that Dr Foster had instructed Brodie and Mr Richardson on the 18 June [1897] that the Committee of Papers recommend that they modify the paper 'The phenomena and causation of heat-contraction of skeletal muscle'. As no answer was received, Harrison wrote on 7 October [1897] requesting the return of the paper in its amended form in order that its publication might go ahead. Since Harrison had no response to this letter, he now writes to enquire as to the progress of the modification.</dc:description>
