Please therefore note that we want Book no. 1 sent out to all institutions with the next numbers of 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' [which] is nearly ready. The number is to go to Fellows or Foreign Members as they had already had them. The stock of paper is in the post to you'. 15 March 1898
