<dc:description>Acting on the opinions of a referee the Society has declined to accept W G Case's paper. According to standing order the paper remains the property of the Society but the Fellow who communicated it may with the consent of Council withdraw said paper, upon the understanding expressed in writing that the paper is to be regarded as not having been communicated to the Society at all.
