<dc:title>Copy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to the Secretary, Her Majesty's Office of Works and Public Buildings, Storey's Gate, Westminster, S.W.</dc:title>
<dc:description>Is directed by the President and Council to inform the Secretary that Drake & Graham Electric Power Company Limited, have given notice in the local papers that they intend to apply to the Light Railway Commissioners for an order under the Light Railways Act empowering them to construct a Light Railway from Hounslow to the Middlesex end of Richmond Bridge.

Provides details of to whom objections should be addressed and where copies of objections should be sent.

As the proposed railway will be in the neighborhood of the Kew Observatory, Rucker hopes the Secretary will take such steps as may be necessary to procure the insertion in the order of a clause for the protection of the Observatory in the London United Tramways Act of last session. Encloses a copy of the clause for the protection of the Kew Observatory. </dc:description>
