<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to M Zenon Przesmycki, 16, rue de la Grande Chaumiere, Paris</dc:title>
<dc:description>Sorry that has no further information to offer of the kind required with regard to Wronski's paper. The only entry in the Journal Book of the Committee of Paper is the one already given by Harrison. This consists with the work "postponed" at the one meeting and the word "withdrawn" at the later meeting. The Committee of Papers never records its reasons for its action on papers communicated to the [Royal] Society.

Harrison explains the normal procedure for withdrawing a paper. Is sorry that cannot find any trace of the two printed pamphlets which Przesmycki is interested in.</dc:description>
