Copy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to Professor Carey Foster, Fellow of the Royal Society Before accepting the enclosed paper by W E Wilson, would like Foster's opinion. Rucker has not gone through Wilson's paper in detail but is surprised that Wilson makes no reference to [Lehman & Prugsheim] since they have written extensively on the subject.
