Rucker wished Harrison to consult with Foster about it and ask whether it should go to the President at Munich or to Baeyer. The four letters are intended respectively for the President (Pettenkofer), Voit (the Secretary of the Academy), Baeyer, and one for Professor Suess at Vienna who is taking an active part in the meeting.</dc:description>
