<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr D H Scott, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Miss Dawson's paper on "Nitragin" was, by direction of the late Chairman of the Botany Committee (Sir W. Thiselton-Dyer) sent to Professor Vines as a third referee, together with the reports by Scott and Mr Warington. Vines has now reported on the paper.

Scott's own paper on Medullosa anglica is with the second referee so there will soon be sufficient business to call a meeting of the Botany Committee.

During the vacation, Harrison saw a letter from Scott to Dr [Michael] Foster about a meeting of the Committee. Is awaiting instructions as to summoning the Committee from Foster, who is currently abroad.</dc:description>
