Foster sends the report to Manson now [not enclosed] in the hope that he will edit it and suggest a title. The sub-title will be 'Preliminary Report to a Malaria Committee of Royal Society'. As soon as it is published, the [British Medical Journal] can republish it. 4 March 1899
