Copy letter from Michael Foster, to Mrs Percival Frost, 15 Fitzwilliam Street, Cambridge Frost's letter was laid before the Council of the Royal Society and it was resolved that the best thanks of the Council should be tendered to Frost for the gift of the portrait of her late husband, the late Dr Percival Frost, a Fellow of the Royal Society. 24 March 1899
