Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor G Carey Foster, Fellow of the Royal Society The Council at its last meeting referred the question raised by Foster's Sectional Committee upon Mr Mallock's conduct with regard to his paper. Professor [Arthur William] Rucker has asked Harrison to obtain Foster's opinion as to the best course of action. Rucker thinks that the [Royal] Society should now refuse to publish the paper in view of Mallock's conduct. 29 March 1899
