<dc:title>Copy letter from Michael Foster and Arthur William Rucker, to the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs</dc:title>
<dc:description>A Provisional International Committee was appointed at the International Conference on a Catalogue of Scientific Literature held in London last October to consider various questions and report upon a future conference. At the time, there was no representative for Italy but now believes that Senator P Blaserna, Professor in the University of Rome, would be agreeable. Asks that the Marquess of Salisbury investigates whether this is the case. </dc:description>
