<dc:title>Copy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to Principal Small</dc:title>
<dc:description>Cannot give Small any advice in relation to his candidature for the Royal Society but sends him a Year Book which has details of all the rules and regulations. If Small thinks that they should be altered, he should address a letter officially to Rucker to be laid before the Council. Advises that only fifteen new Fellows are selected a year. </dc:description>
