<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor G Carey Foster, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>On the Minutes of the Physics and Chemistry Committee it was decided that the referee's remarks on Blythswood and Marchant should be communicated to the authors with liberty to place themselves in direct communication with the referee. Professor [Arthur William] Rucker thinks therefore that a letter should go from Foster to Lord Blythswood and encloses a copy of the referee's remarks which it was agreed should be sent to the Authors. </dc:description>
