<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir Andrew Noble, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>With reference to Noble's letter of the 15th September enclosing a list of papers by Major [Percy Alexander] MacMahon, Harrison is desired to remind Noble that claims put forward before the Council on behalf of nominees for medals usually comprise a short general statement of the grounds on which the award is recommended. Shall be glad of a statement on behalf of Major MacMahon at Noble's earliest convenience as these statements have to be circulated well before the first meeting of Council in October. </dc:description>
