<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor James Emerson Reynolds, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Professor Dixon's certificate has been resuspended in accordance with Reynolds' request. Notes he has no power to add matter to a certificate once suspended, except as a supplementary certificate. The list of communications might, if Reynolds desires it, appear on a supplementary certificate, this must be singed by not fewer than six Fellows. Now sends a supplementary certificate and returns at the same time the list of Dixon's paper [not enclosed]. There is no objection to the list being attached to the face of the certificate as it stands. </dc:description>
