Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor James Emerson Reynolds, Fellow of the Royal Society Professor Dixon's certificate has been resuspended in accordance with Reynolds' request. Notes he has no power to add matter to a certificate once suspended, except as a supplementary certificate. The list of communications might, if Reynolds desires it, appear on a supplementary certificate, this must be singed by not fewer than six Fellows. Now sends a supplementary certificate and returns at the same time the list of Dixon's paper [not enclosed]. There is no objection to the list being attached to the face of the certificate as it stands. 13 December 1899
