<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt], [Royal Society]</dc:title>
  <dc:description>'My Lord,
I saw Dr [Arthur] Schuster this morning. He does not think it necessary to read more than the title of his Eclipse Report, and thinks that an abstract in the Proceedings ['Proceedings of the Royal Society'] containing only the heading of each section will be sufficient in the way of publication before the full paper appears.
I am, yours obediently,
Herbert Rix'. </dc:description>
