Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Dr Geikie, Fellow of the Royal Society Rix has been instructed by Dr Michael Foster to communicate that the Government Grant Administration Sub-Committee yesterday resolved to invite Geikie to join their discussions. The committee was constituted without the power to add new members, but they are not prevented from consulting with Royal Society Fellows. The next meeting is on Thursday 22 March at 2.30pm. 9 March 1888
