Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Edwin Ray Lankester, Fellow of the Royal Society Rix did not know of the arrangement Lankester mentioned in a note, whereby his copy of the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society' are posted to Exeter College, Oxford. Rix notes that he has explained the situation and posted another copy that morning. A postscript notes that Rix sent a manuscript by William Kitchen Parker this morning at Professor Michael Foster's request. 14 March 1888
