Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Right Honorable Arthur James Balfour Asks that Balfour, if it will be convenient, present himself for admission to the Fellowship of the Royal Society at one of the remaining meetings of the session. The ceremony, by permission of the Council, was deferred until Balfour's return from Ireland. Rix notes that the ceremony will not take longer than three minutes, and lists of the dates of the remaining meetings, all to occur at 4.30pm. 27 April 1888
