<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs Drakes & Gorham</dc:title>
<dc:description>A cheque is enclosed [not included] for fifty-eight pounds, eight shillings and four pence to settle their account, and Rix asks that they return a receipt.

He also reminds them of an order of 17 April for ten sixteen-candle lamps with vitrite holder caps as their bathroom is still lacking light because they have not been delivered. Rix speculates that a small box delivered to the Royal Society and addressed to Messrs Drakes & Gorham may contain them, and asks that they let Robson see to the matter.</dc:description>
