<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Captain William de Wiveleslie Abney</dc:title>
<dc:description>Another account has come in from Dallmeyer, despite Rix's belief that the matter of the eclipse had been concluded. The items listed as supplied to Abney are the fitting of a new polar axis to equatorial, the cleaning and adjusting of a photo-heliograph , supplying 'sundry missing parts, counterpoise, &c'. The Treasurer declines to settle the account until he receives word that the items listed are correct and belong to the eclipse expedition.</dc:description>
