<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Bertram Alan Windle, Queen's College, Birmingham</dc:title>
  <dc:description>'Dear Sir,
I ought to have said that your full paper was referred "with a view to" the Transactions ['Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society']; the sentence was only explanatory of the reason why we require an abstract for the Proceedings ['Proceedings of the Royal Society']: viz. because the full paper was in the hands of the referees with a view to publication in the Phil. Trans. I do not know yet what the verdict will be.
Yours faithfully,
Herbert Rix'. </dc:description>
