Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Dr Joseph Henry Gilbert, Fellow of the Royal Society Leave was granted at the last Council meeting to Sir John Bennet Lawes and Gilbert to have 350 copies, at their own expense, of their paper 'Sources of the Nitrogen in Vegetation', in addition to the 100 which are supplied at no cost. 2 January 1889
