<dc:title>Copy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to Professor Amwers </dc:title>
<dc:description>The President and Council agreed to form the Association of Academies at their last meeting and Rucker has today drafted a formal letter to the Academy of Berlin announcing the Society's adhesion. Steps have been taken to place the question of forming a Philosophico-Historical Academy before the leading English students of the subjects which would be included in it. A meeting held some time ago approved the idea and the Royal Society has appointed a Committee to consult with a literary Committee. </dc:description>
