<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Lord Lionel Walter Rothschild, [Fellow of the Royal Society], New Court, St Swithin's Lane, E.C.</dc:title>
<dc:description>The Treasurer, Mr Kempe, has asked Harrison to reply to Rothschild's letter of the 14th, saying that he quite agrees that there would be no object in applying for the new Brighton Stock mentioned in Rothschild's letter, for the Sylvester Fund.

Regarding communications which have taken place between the Society's solicitor and Rothschild's representative, on the subject of the Sylvester Fund, the Council at their last meeting agreed the Treasurer for the time being be appointed to act jointly with Rothschild as a trustee of the fund.</dc:description>
