<dc:title>Copy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to Dr Hobson</dc:title>
<dc:description>Together with Dr Lasker's paper, Hobson will receive an abstract. Professor [Edward Joseph] Lowe, who is acting as Chairman of the Mathematics Committee in Professor [Andrew Russell] Forsyth's absence, agrees with Rucker that this is not suitable for the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'. Lakser is therefore to furnish another abstract. It is however right that the past history of the paper should be known to the referees and the abstract is sent to Hobson in case he thinks it desirable to make any remarks upon it.</dc:description>
