<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to William Abbott Herdman, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Herdman may recall Professor [Arthur William] Rucker's letter of 12 March on [Karl] Pearson's paper, 'Mathematical Contributions to the Theory of Evolution. VII'. Encloses Professor [Walter Frank Raphael] Weldon's report on the paper [not attached]. Mr Galton was suggested as second referee but will not be back in England until the end of May. Explains why publication of the paper might now be proceeded with, without the report of a second referee or for the formal recommendation of the Sectional Committee. Asks if Herdman concurs with this view.</dc:description>
