<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Hugh Longbourne Callendar, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>In reply to Callendar's note of the previous day, his paper 'On the Thermodynamical Properties of Gases and Vapours, &c', is in the hands of the printers and Harrison is expecting proofs from them every day. As soon as these are obtained he will forward them. Mr [Howard Turner] Barnes' paper, 'On the Specific Heat of Water', is presently with the referees. If Callendar is prepared to revise the manuscript when it is returned by them, and before it is sent to the printers, it might save both time and expense. </dc:description>
