<dc:description>Does not think the Society will be willing to publish Potter's paper in the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' but if he is willing that is should appear in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]', Foster will communicate it but adjustments will have to be made regarding the figures. Returns the paper so that adjustments can be made [not enclosed]. Notes it will be impossible to postdate the paper, the date will be the date on which Foster communicates it.
