<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor James Bell Pettigrew, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>In reply to Pettigrew's of the 17 November, Harrison has again looked into the matter of Pettigrew's paper and finds that having been withdrawn in 1868, Pettigrew re-submitted it in a revised form on 6 February 1872. This manuscript is in the Society's possession in a bound volume. Is not able to send the volume in question but can show Pettigrew the paper when he is next in town and Pettigrew is welcome to send a copyist.

Has no separate copies of the abstract of the paper and the only form in which it can now be obtained is in the number of the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' containing it. It was published in number 94 at two shillings and six pence. </dc:description>
