<dc:title>Copy letter from Michael Foster, to Dr Leonard Erskine Hill </dc:title>
<dc:description>Pending a meeting of the Committee, Foster has referred Dr Wright's [paper] on blood coagulation and the opinion expressed is that the paper does not contain sufficient new material to justify its publication. It has accordingly not been accepted and Hill is at liberty to withdraw it under Standing Order 31. Asks if Hill wishes to do this or whether the matter should come before the Committee.</dc:description>
