<dc:title>Copy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to Professor George Carey Foster, [Fellow of the Royal Society]</dc:title>
<dc:description>Foster's letter abut the communication to [Karl] Pearson of the substance of the reports on his paper arrived too late to be laid before the Physics and Chemistry Committee. To prevent the matter being hung up Rucker brought the matter to Council who did not think the ordinary rule of non-communication should be departed from. </dc:description>
