<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Andrew Russell Forsyth, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Mr Penrose has sent in a paper in continuation of one published in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]', volume LXV. In Professor [Arthur William] Rucker's absence Sir M Foster has asked Harrison to consult with Forsyth regarding the acceptance of the paper. Foster thinks the views of the referee of the former paper, Professor G H Darwin, should be sought on this new paper.

Encloses the manuscript and shall be glad of an early reply as the paper is proposed to be read on 31 January. </dc:description>
