Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir Michael Foster, Freshwater Bay Hotel, Isle of Wight Has received his analysis of the list of candidates. Harrison has not moved the old candidates from last year's analysis, and has not carried the new candidates beyond the sub-divisions used on former occasions. Asks him to wire if he really wishes the sub-divisions to be carried as far as he has taken them in his analytical list. Encloses agenda for Council [not enclosed], and asks for any additions. Harrison has no knowledge of what has been going on on Antarctic matters, so has excluded it. Has written to the President regarding a letter from the Admiralty, of which he has no record. Presumes there will be a report on the International meeting in Paris. 22 April 1901
