<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir Michael Foster, Freshwater Bay Hotel, Isle of Wight</dc:title>
<dc:description>Has received his analysis of the list of candidates. Harrison has not moved the old candidates from last year's analysis, and has not carried the new candidates beyond the sub-divisions used on former occasions. Asks him to wire if he really wishes the sub-divisions to be carried as far as he has taken them in his analytical list. Encloses agenda for Council [not enclosed], and asks for any additions. Harrison has no knowledge of what has been going on on Antarctic matters, so has excluded it. Has written to the President regarding a letter from the Admiralty, of which he has no record. Presumes there will be a report on the International meeting in Paris.</dc:description>
