<dc:title>Copy letter from Arthur [William] Rucker, to W Williams</dc:title>
<dc:description>Informs him his second paper has been put into the Royal Society archives, but the abstract will be published in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'. Explains that the suggestion to withdraw only referred to the first paper, which will now be returned to its communicator Professor [Andrew] Gray. Williams is allowed to take a copy of his second paper, and is at liberty to use the material anywhere he likes. With the paper that has been withdrawn, there will be no reference to it having come before the Royal Society.</dc:description>
