<dc:title>Copy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to William Leighton Jordan</dc:title>
<dc:description>Reminds him with some weariness that he has already explained at length the conditions under which the Royal Society receives communications, and points out that his letter of the 15 July still does not comply with them, and so Rucker cannot bring it before the Royal Society. In his previous letter, Rucker did say that if Jordan knew no Fellows then he would communicate further with him, but regrets that he is unable to continue the correspondence further than this letter.</dc:description>
