<dc:description>Is tired of the trouble regarding the steps and considers that the Messrs should have accepted the explanation given by the Royal Society's porter. The Messrs delivered two sets of steps but only one was wanted. The unwanted steps have been awaiting collection and the Messrs have continued to send in the bill for them.
